**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

This role forms part of the African Business Development Team. You would be required to gather, assess, analyse and test relevant product information in order to ascertain and analyse the products feasibility, viability and risks within the given contexts and constraints. It is also your responsibility to engage with stakeholders externally and internally in a specific product context to provide insights and support with their expertise.

Key stakeholders the Product Analyst will engage with are:

**REQUIREMENTS**

**QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE (INCLUDING MOST RELEVANT FIELD OF STUDY)**
Extensive interbank payment knowledge from a clearing and a settlement perspective.
Scheme knowledge advantageous.
Understanding of ISO Standards.
Cross border payment experience advantageous.
Compilation of functional and technical specifications documents.
Required computer literacy levels.

**EXPERIENCE (INCLUDING RELEVANT SECTOR SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE)**
Comprehensive experience in product development and analysis.
Experience in Business Analysis, product design and financial modelling.
Having experience in engaging at a Senior level.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in payments industry.
8 years’ experience in related field.
