- evaluate, reflect on and refine your teaching practice;
- teach academic support lessons as required;
- produce documents for students of a high standard (e.g. worksheets);
- professionally formulate accurate, fair and transparent report comments;
- show loyalty to all aspects of Reddam House Umhlanga;
- attend all special occasions at the discretion of the Head;
- be fully involved in the preparatory school extramural programme.
- be open to continuously develop one’s teaching through personal and school wide professional development.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- ability to connect effectively with Senior Preparatory students;
- ability to be a role model;
- ability to reflect on own practice;
- excellent planning, organising and reporting skills;
- excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation);
- excellent time management skills;
- excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation.
- confidence with use of ICT in teaching
- Undergraduate degree with a postgraduate teaching diploma;
- SACE registered;
- Senior Preparatory teaching experience;
- Previous experience with IEB Programme is an advantage.
