Maintaining a high productivity level daily & monthly by providing quality service to external and internal customers and ensuring accuracy in recording of data. **What will make you successful in this role?** **Minimum Qualification Required** - Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4 - RE5 Certificate _(as per DOFA date)_ - STI FAIS credits _(as per DOFA date)_ **Minimum Experience** - At least 2 years Call Centre Sales experience - Previouse short term insurance experience - Previous upselling or vaps experience in a target driven enviroment - Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure - Punctual and can self manage **Knowledge and Skills** - Undertake Outbound Tele-Sales - Service inbound client queries, requests - Administration and processing - Quality, Compliance and Accreditation **Personal Attributes** - Communicates effectively - Contributing dependently - Situational adaptability - Contributing dependently - Action orientated - Contributing dependently - Persuades - Contributing dependently **Core Competencies** - Being resilient - Contributing dependently - Collaborates - Contributing dependently - Cultivates innovation - Contributing dependently - Customer focus - Contributing independently - Drives results - Contributing dependently **Turnaround time** **Our commitment to transformation** At MiWay we believe in cultivating a positive and dynamic working environment that gives you freedom and opportunity to succeed.
