**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**TITLE**: National Sales & Operations Manager

**STARTING DATE**: ASAP

**LOCATION**: Allensnek, Roodepoort. Must be willing to travel from time to time.

**WORKING HOURS**: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00

Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

**DUTIES**
- Business development
- Account sales
- Account management
- Sales strategy & implementation
- Customer relationship Management
- Manage a team
- Reporting
- Forecasting
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance across all departments
- Develop and implement SOPs across all departments
- Manage risk
- Reduce operational costs across all departments
- Respond to all business queries
- Site visits at warehouse and salons
- Lease management (salons)
- Applications for new leases (salons)
- Manuals and catalogues
- Attend to suppliers and customers (PnP, Clicks, Ackermans, DisChem, Game etc.)
- Manage sales team

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be driven and Passionate about sales
- Proven Track record with traceable references
- Target driven
- Business qualification advantageous
- Beauty or Hair industry advantageous
- A knack for numbers
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Computer literate with excellent Excel skills.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time
- Able to work unsupervised and manage own time/activities
- Must have excellent reporting and record-keeping skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Professional and deadline orientated
- Must have an innate sense of accountability and urgency
- Team player
- Must possess high levels of integrity
