Customer Service Team Leader

A bespoke consulting business is looking for Team Leaders to drive superior customer service performance delivered to clients and their customers, by achieving outstanding levels of quality and operational efficiency. Delivering a full stack of marketing and sales services.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Fill your team with A+ Players
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service performance
- Drive efficiencies within the team to exceed Client SLAs
- Think like a customer and focus on the small details that always matter
**REQUIREMENTS**
- B.Comm or relevant management experience
- 3 years in a Team Leader role in a customer service environment
- Advanced report writing skills (proficient in Excel)
- High levels of analytical capability
- Extensive Customer Service experience
Personal Competencies:
- A Team Player
- Self-managed
- Deliver great insights
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
