All applicants require a recognized fitness qualification. Experience and qualifications in functional fitness, strength and conditioning, combat sports, CrossFit and an insatiable passion for all things fitness are favorable.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- 2 years CrossFit Coaching
- REPSSA recognized qualification
- Experience in the health and fitness industry
- Functional fitness experience
- Preference in high intensity interval training and coaching
- MMA/ Boxing experience
- Good presentation skills
- Willing to work weekends
- Great customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to create a fun atmosphere
- Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines
- Assist members in reaching their individual goals
- Member assessments
- Delivering high quality group classes
- Designing and programming workouts for the arena
