**Description**

The purpose of this position is to create requisitions and purchase orders as per information received and assist with general office duties

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create purchase orders for contractors and direct purchases
- Make the required corrections on purchase orders as highlighted
- Create requisitions on purchase orders as highlighted
- Create requisitions for non-stock orders
- E-mail purchase orders with approved signature to suppliers
- Handle supplier queries as received
- Filing of approved orders
- Weekly expediting on outstanding orders
- Assist the Financial Administrator with filing of invoices
**Qualification Requirements**
- Grade 12
**Experience and Skills Requirements**
- No formal work experience is required, but practical experience in using a computer is essential
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license code B, EB or C1
