**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Service**
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
- Present menus, provide detailed information, and make recommendations.
- Answer questions about the menu and daily specials.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- **Order Management**
- Accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals.
- **Table Management**
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Restock dining room supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- **Team Collaboration**
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Assist in training new staff when required.
- **Additional Duties**
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: R5 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Claremont, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
