ExecuJet Aviation is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Charter Division, based in Johannesburg, Lanseria International Airport.

Purpose of the job*
The main objective of the position is to provide a professional charter sales service to existing and new clients.
**Key responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate and on time charter quotes through liaising and understanding customer needs
- Ensure successful execution of flights - liaise with FBO and Dispatch to obtain over flight clearances, execute client requests and ensure all flight details are arranged
- Generate invoices, check credit limits and ensure that non-approved clients pay before flights
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Cold calling and Customer satisfaction follow-up
- Building strong client database with a focus on new and repeat business, leisure, corporate and cargo
- Explore new opportunities
- Meet monthly departmental revenue target

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- 2 to 4 Years experience as an Account Manager
- 2 to 4 Years experience in a General Aviation environment
- 2 to 4 Years experience in Passenger Charter services

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- MS (Outlook, Word, Excel) (Intermediate to advance)
- Tertiary Sales Qualification (an advantage)
- Valid Drivers License

**Additional requirements**
- Ability to work standby/after-hours/public holidays

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of responsibility and client focused
- Self-disciplined, with good planning and organising abilities
