The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a department, driving cross-functional alignment, and optimizing processes to achieve the company’s operational goals.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and release processes.
- Lead and mentor service delivery teams, including support analysts, engineers, and team leads.
- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Participate in regular service reviews and reporting. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
- Support automation and tools implementation to streamline delivery.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
