**Job Title**:Truck Quality Administrator

**Job Summary**

The Truck Quality Administrator plays an essential role in maintaining the standards that ensure products meet established quality criteria. This position involves coordinating and supporting the activities related to the quality system within our organization. By managing documentation, conducting audits and inspections, and facilitating continuous improvement processes, the Truck Quality Administrator helps in aligning operational practices with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your efforts contribute to the organization’s ability to consistently deliver a quality product, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and trust. Through meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance principles, the Truck Quality Administrator supports the foundation for excellence in all aspects of our organization’s commercial product output.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the inspection of final product quality and processes in order to meet established quality standards. Check all repairs and confirm acceptance by signature on the appropriate record as part of the Quality record-keeping process.
- Responsible for the accurate administration of records. Able to use computers and generate reports and be able to analyze data and create and review processes, and have excellent communication skills.
- Responsible for analysis and solution of technical/mechanical/electrical issues during inspection or road test, and follow up on repair process and record keeping.
- Conduct reviews and audits of the final product and quality system, and enforce change for improvement through collaboration with senior management teams.
- Attend quality feedback meetings and be able to present quality information to high-level leadership.
- Accomplish all tasks given by management on time, every time
- Ensure all quality processors are always adhered to. Be actively involved during the assembly process. Be target-driven and able to work within a team and under mínimal supervision
- Provide relevant training to subordinates when required, and also when you identify the need, in order to ensure quality assurance and quality awareness as a foundation for improvement

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Grade 12 with relevant certificates
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Code 14 license

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Computer literacy and Presentation skills
- Attention to detail and Problem solving
- Data analysis, report writing and technical knowledge
