Pbx - Voip Senior Technician

**VOIP PBX Field Technician**

**Contract-to-permanent position.**

We are currently looking for a field technician to install and service hosted and on-site PBX clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Install onsite and hosted PBX solutions.
- Troubleshoot faults.
- Resolve technical tickets within agreed turn-around-times.
- Attend technical call outs.
- Manage customer expectations throughout troubleshooting process.

**Desired Experience and Job Requirements**
- **Experience installing Yealink and Yeastar hardware (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**
- **Ability to install on-site VOIP PBX (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**
- **PortaOne Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**
- Experience registering SIP trunks and configuring calls flows on hosted PBX software.
- Familiar with CAT5 cabling, trunking, mounting cabinets, and relevant tools.
- Experience and Knowledge of Mikrotik & Cloud PBX
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s license.
- Own reliable transport.
- Relevant qualifications will be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month (Dependent on skills)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bedfordview, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- Code 8 Drivers license. (required)
