As a **Paid Media Executive**, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for a globally distributed team of 100+ professionals. **What You’ll Be Doing**
As a Paid Media Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- **Campaign Strategy & Planning**: Developing paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and others to achieve client goals.
- **Campaign Execution**: Setting up, monitoring, and managing ad campaigns across search, social, and display networks.
- **Audience Targeting**: Conducting in-depth research to identify and refine audience segments for optimal targeting.
- **Performance Optimization**: Continuously analyzing and improving campaign performance, adjusting bids, ad copy, and creative as necessary.
- **A/B Testing**: Experimenting with ad variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- **Budget Management**: Allocating and optimizing ad spend to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- **Reporting & Insights**: Creating detailed performance reports and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with the content, SEO, and design teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
**What We’re Looking For**
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- **Proven Experience**: At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or others.
- **Analytical Mindset**: A strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms.
- **Creative Eye**: The ability to craft compelling ad copy and work with designers to produce engaging visuals.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: To collaborate effectively with team members and present insights to clients.
- **Organizational Abilities**: The capability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
- **Knowledge of Tools**: Experience with platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or bid management tools is a plus.
