**Responsibilities**:
Microsoft Azure Support:

- Provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Azure resources to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot Azure-related issues, such as connectivity problems, resource performance, and access control.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to design, implement, and optimize Azure solutions for various projects.

Microsoft 365 Support:

- Assist with Microsoft 365 account management, user access, and permissions.

Help Desk Support:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems for Microsoft Azure and 365 services.
- Log and track incidents in the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Hardware and Software Installation and Maintenance:

- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and peripherals for Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

Network Support:

- Collaborate with network administrators to resolve network-related problems affecting Azure and 365 services.

IT Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and end-users.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection:

- Implement and enforce IT security measures for Azure and Microsoft 365 services to protect sensitive data.
- Recognise and report potential security breaches or vulnerabilities

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications and experience with Microsoft Azure and 365 may also be considered.
- Must have a driver’s license.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Customer-oriented attitude with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
