**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Checking in and out of the Rental Fleet.
- Briefing of driver on departure and Deriefing drivers and vehicles on return.
- Making sure check sheets are completed and handed in on vehicle arrival and investigate discrepancies.
- Making sure all vehicles cab and load bodies are always clean.
- Tire checks daily and report any failures.
- Vehicles checks daily and report failures.
- Fridge checks daily and report failures
- Ensure fleet fridges are running on electricity when on site.
- Capture fuel slips daily and monitor and investigate disrepancies daily.
- Verify and check Pallets, crates and stock on return.
- Diesel filling on forklift and record.
- Monitoring diesel and oil and wash in store.
- Handle all vehicle breakdowns and fault finding.
- Arrange vehicle services / repairs.
- Record all breakdown
- get and verify quotations from suppliers - sent to Debtors for PO numbers
- Validate invoice for information and cost and record.
- Complete Mileage report for service planning every Friday to be mailto fleet manager.
- Monthly Rental Kilometers and fridge hours to be handed Ain to Fleet manager.
- Collecting and delivering of vehicles to workshops and Body shops.
- Collecting of shapes.
- Driver Testing.
- Carrying out any further duties requested from Fleet manager.
- Shift worker.
