Technician

Ø Scan all stock on hand and consumables and send scanned documents to Stock Controller by 8h00 on Technical WhatsApp group.

Ø Order the stock that you would need for the week through the Technical WhatsApp group before 9h00.

Ø Submit any outstanding Petrol Slips and accommodation slips for the previous week as requested by Business Operator by 9h00.

Ø Complete and submit any outstanding Job cards and report to Business Operator

Ø Complete your online Vehicle Inspection sheet before 09h00.

Ø Send photos from all 4 sides of the vehicle to Business Operator via Technical WhatsApp group before 9h00.

Ø Send a photo of the licenses disk and odometer to Business Operator via Technical WhatsApp group before 9h00.

Ø Complete toolbox link and send to Business Operator before 10h00

Ø Check your route planning as planned for the week ahead with regards to different areas and possible sleep out routes. Remember this can change.

Ø Ensure you have the current job card link on your cell phone for the week ahead.
- Your will be expected to do 5 fitments a day minimum as a technician between 10h00 and 17h00 daily. Monday only. You will work a local route from 10h00.

From Tuesday - Friday the following will be expected from you
- Your will be expected to do 6 fitments a day minimum as a technician between 8h00 and 17h00 daily.
- An unsuccessful fitment is not allowed. Once a schedule is out, the job on the schedule needs to be completed. Should a client not be available for the fitment on your planned route for the day. Immediately confirm with the client the next possible date and time. Communicate this new time and date through on the TREMAdmin Group.
- Always be presentable when working with clients, good personal hygiene, clean car, complete toolbox.
- Uniform to be worn every day - Black Golf shirt, black/Khaki/denim bottom/black closed shoes
- Check company vehicle before leaving home or the office - Tyres, Water, Oil, and fuel
- Check your schedule for the day on the Admin group via WhatsApp.
- Call clients in the morning before you leave to confirm client’s location, time of the appointment, and ensure they are available
- Should a client not be available during the day, contact your scheduler to get hold of the client while you drive or fit.
- Communicate any challenges on your route via WhatsApp on the Admin group or contact scheduler directly.
- WhatsApp through each slip immediately as you make use of your company bankcard. The photo’s needs to on WhatsApp.
- Ensure you have the Sales Lead link on your cell phone and send through potential sales leads via this link daily. You will earn a commission on all successful deals that you send through.
- Complete fitments according to Tracking Remade standard, never deviate from this standard as this is a dismissible offence.
- Maintain your speed at the Speed signs of the road. No speeding will be tolerated.
- Harsh breaking, harsh cornering, Fast acceleration, damage to tyres, clutch and breaks out of the normal service cycle will not be tolerated.
- Test each job before leaving a customer.
- After you have completed your route as planned by your scheduler, park the company vehicle behind a closed gate to be safe. No private trips are allowed with the vehicle unless pre-authorization has been received by General Manager. This is a dismissible offence.

Pay: R4 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
