The Senior Director, Total Rewards - Performance Management, Benefits and Recognition is responsible for setting the global performance management philosophy, strategic roadmap, and annual performance and salary adjustment processes across the organisation.**Working at NTT**
**Performance Management**:
- Owning the end-to-end Performance Management process: from strategy definition, to agreeing KPIs and strategic goals with business leads, to defining the roadmap and detailed execution plan to enablement and tracking of progress.
- The performance management execution includes approaches in identifying eligible employees, budget guidelines and finalizing all KPI and goal setting targets
- Owning the relationship with the business areas HRBPs and ensure they are sufficiently enabled to execute the Performance Management process across their business area.
- Owning performance management insights and making informed recommendations for action, including low performer management, promotions and increases, adjustment of pay scales and identifying general trends in performance data
- Supporting HRBP and business leads on navigating sensitive low performer scenarios
- Ensure alignment with Total Rewards practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of total rewards processes.
- Functional owner of HRIS end-to-end configuration including full data ownership and integrity
**Annual Reward processes**:
- Owning the end-to-end annual reward processes such as annual salary adjustments and annual bonus calculations, ensuring the processes support the business strategy and drive automation and simplification.
- Translating the strategy into the design of how NTT Ltd’s annual reward processes will run
- Partnering with the Total Reward Community to ensure that the processes are executed upon and aligned with relevant governance
- Functional owner of HRIS end-to-end configuration in support of the annual processes.

- Take responsibility for global benefit harmonisation across all regions and business areas, including any potential future acquisitions and/or mergers. This includes a benefit program comparative analysis and analysing benefit costs and impact on profitability
- Identify trends in the marketplace and make recommendations to ensure that benefit plans are current and competitive
- Collaborate with Total Rewards specialists to implement cost-effective, yet competitive benefit plans to ensure we attract and retain talent
- Functional owner of HRIS end-to-end configuration including full data ownership and integrity
- Communicate and enable all HR administrative and HRBP resources ensuring that benefit programmes are clearly understood, communicated and implemented
**Recognition**:
- Develops recognition strategy and designs global recognition programmes ensuring our employees are recognised for living our values and contributing to our culture
- Partners with other communities of excellence to ensure that recognition programmes are fit for purpose and address various recognition requirements
- Collaborates with HR business partners to ensure recognition programmes are executed within the business.
**Required Experience**:
- Strong process improvement and change management skills
- Strong Project and Program Management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects across multiple global virtual stakeholders
- Handles confidential information appropriately
- Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrate an analytical approach to work and display good attention to detail
- Demonstrate proactive management and leadership skills
- Display good business acumen
- Display resilience and be able to cope with pressure
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree, typically requires a minimum 8 years of Human Resource Management; preferably in a Total Rewards capacity
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or a similar compensation certification advantageous
