- Essential_:

- Degree in relevant fields: marketing management, digital design, digital marketing
- At least 5 year-experience in the developing static and motion assets, development of videos
- At least 2 year-experience in management
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in building videos
- Experience in working with remote teams
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with different teams and external partners
- Organised, able to handle deadlines, multi-tasking, problem solving
- Delivering high quality execution standards
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous and proactive
- Team player and flexible, hands-on,
- Excellent command of English
- Desirable_:

- Experience in the financial markets industry
- Good understanding of marketing principles and mechanism
- Additional languages: French, German, Arabic
- Flexibility in working hours (to covers Swiss and UAE time zones)
- A good understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem
- International exposure
