Administrative Coordinator

Description

**Primary Functions**:

- Ensure Registration documentation is sent to clients within agreed timescales
- Following-up on outstanding registrations to assist Scheduling with their bookings
- Processing registrations and renewals within agreed timescales
- Responding to, and acting on client queries within agreed timescales
- Filing of correspondence
- Maintain and update the relevant database To provide additional administrative assistance to other administrators as, required

Qualifications

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Attention to detail
- Accurate
- Ability to communicate effectively and making comprehensive comments
- Forward thinking - to predict how their work will influence members down the line
- Be creative to ensure that they get the answers they need to complete the forms
- Patient, customer focused and have the ability to deal with difficult clients
- Team player but ability to work on own initiative
- Be able to plan, prioritise and organise your own workload
- Able to multi-task several tasks at once on a continuous basis
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Problem Solving: Problems will require analysis of new factors.
- Creativity and innovation are required in order to develop effective solutions and/or provide advice on specific issues within a particular field
- Computer literacy - intermediate level in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility & adaptability
