Out of Hours Standby Assistant Property

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team and be on standby for tenant Maintenance Issues out of office hours. This role is Hybrid.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Dealing with all reported maintenance
- Liaise with property managers, tenants, and vendors to resolve financial queries and issues promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of property income and expenses.
- Taking tenant calls,
- Dealing with upset tenants
- Dispensing contractors for Maintenace roles

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years' experience in **property management**.
- 3 Years office administration
- Qualification in related field is preferable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- EXECPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING written and verbal s communication skills in English

Kindly note this role is strictly for Night Shift, kindly note the following:

- This role is Hybrid, mainly remote but will be asked to come at times to the office.
