**PGP Maintenance Manager**

Germiston, GP, South Africa | req26169- **What you will enjoy doing**-
- As a manager, you will providing a preventative maintenance service to ensure that breakdowns do not disrupt the operation of the business
- You perform statutory maintenance to ensure that equipment meets all company and legal requirements and breakdown maintenance service for the repair of adhoc breakdowns and breakages
- Proactively perform the route cause analysis on failures and adjust maintenance regime accordingly
- Conduct trend analysis on the maintenance performed to update plans to ensure site maintenance remains best in class
- Management of projects to ensure that they are carried out safely and according to the scope of the project and managing contractors for outsourced services to ensure that contractual obligations are met, and standards are maintained
- You implement and adhere to safety and health legislation, regulations, policies and procedures and support PGP Site and plant managers in incident investigations-
- **What makes you great**-
- You possess a BTech / BSc Mech / Elect Engineering degree or a Technical Diploma / Trade, with at least 5 years maintenance management experience (DA and HP Compressors, Cryogenic pumps, HP Filling), as well as preventative maintenance, maintenance planning, stores and supplies management, project, contract, people and financial management skills
- Knowledge of in-house safety standards and procedures is essential
- Project Management skills and SAP and SAP PM experience will be an advantage- **Why you will love working with us**
