Location: This position is based onsite in either Johannesburg, Durban, or Cape Town. However, the lecturer will primarily deliver lectures online to students across various locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum materials for NATED Specialist Human Resources Management (N4-N6) modules.
Deliver dynamic online lectures using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment conducive to student success.
Provide timely feedback and assessment of student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course content and delivery methods.
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant information into lectures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching NATED Specialist Human Resources Management (N4-N6) modules.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and technologies.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Passion for education and commitment to student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the human resources field.
Previous experience teaching online courses.
Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
