Senior Credit Controller Meridian Services Brackenfell Cape Town

**Meridian Services** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Credit Controller** to join our **Brackenfell** team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s financial success by ensuring effective credit management and strong client relationships.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Daily upload and import of receipts into the ERP system.
- Accurately allocate receipts.
- Process Trading Agreement discounts.
- Communicate with customers with regards to expected payments. Continuously follow up to ensure outstanding debt is collected timeously.
- Manage claims.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of customer’s accounts.
- Cashflow forecast.
- Monthly upload of statements for Chain store customers.
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
- Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands.
- Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.
- Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs.
**Requirements and Experience**:
- FMCG experience.
- Managing Shoprite and/or Pick 'n Pay accounts. 3+ years' experience.
- Sound knowledge of stock and price claims.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
- Prioritization skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
