4. Attending and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
5. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
6. Achieving sales targets and goals set by management.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
6. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
7. Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles is a plus.
