We are an insurance aggregator, So you will be selling short term insurance (vehicle) to consumers within SA.

Ideally you will already have your RE5 qualification. But also okay if you don't currently hold. As long as you have not been acting under supervision for 2 years.

This is a great opportunity within a new division.

**Job brief**

We are looking for Contact center sales consultants to sell insurance products and services to our clients whom are all in the top 10 insurers within South Africa. Therefore your communication skill are essential for the role.

**What Does an Insurance Sales Person Do ?**

An Insurance sales is a person who speaks to potential clients, gains information about the cover they need for their vehicle and from that information offers them interest and passes the lead through to one of our clients. The policy sold to the consumer has to be correct to ensure they have the right level of legal cover for their vehicle.

**Responsibilities**
- Speak to potential clients and generates interest;
- Ensure that the person qualifies for the product offered;
- Updates the system with the call outcome;
- Update information as may be required from time to time;
- Ensure that the quality of the sale meets the company standard;
- Uphold the company policies and procedures;
- Live our core values
- Protect the company, our clients and the brand at all times
- Ensure that client brand values are upheld through all interactions with relevant consumers

**Requirements**:

- Great communication skills;
- Open to learning;
- Excellent time management;
- Performance and target driven;
- Capable of handling pressure;
- Positive attitude;
- Have self - disciplined and self-belief.
- Matric or equivalent
- English Speaking
- **At least 6 months experience as a call center agent**

**Salary**: R5 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
