**Purpose of the Job**:
To ensure that all department within the OK Furniture branch function optimally, futhermore identifying and meeting customers needs, driving sales and delivering sevices. OK Furniture is part of the furniture division under the largest retail, Shoprite group of companies. This opportunity will allow you to join a fast pace growing industry within our management team.

**Job Objectives**:

- To render Excellent customer service
- To manage sales performance of the branch
- To ensure effective management of staff
- To control stock movement and the managing of stock
- To keep reports of all daily activites at branch level
- Managing branch cost as per Budget and guidelines
- To implement daily managment control at branch level
- To manage and oversee all cash activitives within the branch level

**Qualifications**:
**Essential.**

Matric.

Branch Manager Designate programme.

**Experience**:
**Essential.**

(2 years) Furniture experience.

(2 year) Branch Management experience.

(2 years) Retail experience.

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**Essential.**

(12 Months) experience working with branch Systems.

(12 Months) experience in drafting branch reports.

Computer literacy.

**Desirable**.

Understanding Furniture products.

Stock Management experience.

Understnding of Financial Management.

Understanding of performances management.
