We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our clients busy workshop team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their service experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to: Meet & Greet Customers: Welcome customers as they arrive at the workshop, creating a positive first impression.

Consult with Mechanics: Collaborate with mechanics to understand necessary repairs and workflow updates.

Provide Information: Use your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options.

Schedule Appointments: Efficiently manage appointments for repairs and services.

Customer Communication: Call customers to advise them about service changes, additional work and car pick-up times.

Maintain Positive Relationships: Foster positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and excellent customer service scoring results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Consultant within the motor industry, spesifically franchise OEM dealership environment with a minimum experience of 3 years.
- Automotive Knowledge: A strong understanding of automotive technology and industry practices.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-specific software Drive / Automaline / Evolve etc.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Relevant training and certifications as a Service Advisor
- Minimum Matric / Senior Certificate / relevant N level qualification
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R17 000,00 per month
