North West, Rustenburg Negotiable Our client in North West area is looking for a Site Manager/Supervisor For RF Technician and Underground Leaky Feeder Communications Systems
Different Teams Requirements

Minimum N4 - N6 Light Current / Electronics

Extensive and In-Depth Knowledge of Leaky Feeder Systems & Two-Way Radios

Medically Fit & Mentally Sound

Valid driver’s license and minimum 5 years driving experience

No Criminal record

Local resident of Rustenburg / Phokeng Area with proof

Proven Track Record of previous Positions

(Own Transport will be an advantage)

Minimum 10 years experience

Leaky Feeder Systems

Two Way Radios (Motorola MOTOTRBO Digital Systems)

**Knowledge of**:
Multimeter
Comms monitor
Oscilloscope
Spectrum Analyzer
Computer literate

**Able to**:
Work independently

Prioritize tasks
Customer service & queries

**Main job Function**: As per Site Requirements and Rules & Regulations:
Management of Teams on Site
Manage Resources, Material and Man
Maintenance, Forward Moves Installations of Leaky Feeder Underground Communications Systems (Mostly Underground work at the local Mines)
Surface Communications Systems
Programming of Two-way Repeaters, Radios as per Site Requirements
Daily Meetings and Instructions from Foreman
Daily Reports Gather and Analyze
Weekly Planning
Weekly Feedback (Analyzed from the Daily Reports) on all activities
Monthly Meetings

General Admin, E-Mails, Correspondence

**Manage Hours on site**: Clockings : Overtime Tracker and weekly feedback
Monthly Feedback regarding Clockings
Ensure full hours / capacity was worked
Completion and sign off of the Clockings / Monthly invoice & Invoice
Monthly Management Report

**Update Mine plan as per Leaky Feeder System**: Current & Forward Moves on all Levels
Standby Rooster and arrangements
Call-out Register and Feedback - Analyst of Call Outs
Breakdowns In Work Hours & After Hours - Register & Analyze

**SHEQ**: Legal Matrix, Audit Compliance : Risk Assessments, Safety Meetings attend & with Team, PTO’s, Monthly Inspection, Tool Register & Harness Register and Audit record, Over Inspections

**PPE**: Manage

**Ensure renewals beforehand of**: Medicals, Inductions, onsite training, etc.

**Training**: OEM Training, SHEQ Training, etc.

**Stock Take**: Monthly

**HR**: Personnel Queries and leave arrangements as per Mine & Company Policy & Requirements
Sales & Marketing On site

**Forward Moves**: System Design, Quotations, etc.
Stock ForeCast
Handling of all Challenges and queries on site
