- Reporting to: Sales Manager- Purpose of Job: Responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.- Responsibilities:
- Require an individual with a proven track record who will act as a principal point of contact between the company and customers.- He/ She will ensure that current customers have the right products and services, pitch prospective customers, identify new markets and customer leads, monitor the competition, and pursue new sales opportunities.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum skills and knowledge required:
- Proficient in Business English- Matric- 5+ year’s sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals- UPS/ Solar / battery products industry knowledge preferred- Understanding of basic electricity/electronics, and the ability to read, analyse and interpret documents- Proficient computer skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and the ability to effectively work on spreadsheets)- Knowledge of Syspro advantageous- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate well in order to meet client needs- Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and high level of accuracy- Driven and highly self-motivated- Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and flexible be able to be entrusted with confidential information- Attend and participate in sales meetings, seminars and trade shows Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations.- Valid driver’s license.- Maintain company's quality standards at all times- Responsible for housekeeping, safety and cleanliness in the area- Available for overtime when required**What Qualification**
