**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Marketing Specialist** to spearhead our client’s lead generation efforts while managing the entire customer journey to optimize acquisition and retention. This role requires expertise in creating and managing strategic sales funnels, developing engaging content, and executing campaigns across social media and Shopify platforms.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel.
- Create and manage targeted lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
- Design and optimize sales funnels to nurture leads through various stages of the customer journey.
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Design basic visuals and short videos/reels using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance social media presence.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization for Shopify stores, including meta tags, alt text, and site architecture.
- Create SEO-optimized content such as product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages that align with the brand voice and target audience.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in building and managing sales funnels and customer journeys.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.io.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong social media management and basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite).
- Experience working in the packaging or restaurant industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Position**: Marketing Specialist

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Working Hours**: 9 am - 5 pm PST

**Salary**: USD 1000 to USD 1300 per month
