We’re looking for multi-tasking, fast-typing mobile fundis who know their way around cellphones to join our team as a Digital Customer Service Advisor on an exciting campaign in Parktown.

**What you'll be doing**
- Resolving customer queries in line operational and client policies and procedures
- Establishing the customers’ needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Assisting customers with promotional and technology related queries
- Using customer data to enhance the customer experience
- Ensuring customers can effortlessly integrate different products
- Using questioning skills to make a judgment on the best solution or action to resolve the customer’s query
- Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customers’ problems at the first point of contact within agreed service levels, targets and objectives
- Taking accountability to close the customer query and ensure a resolution or feedback
- Checking to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems
- Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Promoting client products, services and solutions at all times
**What you'll need**
- Matric
- Ability to work in a customer driven environment
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in contact centre environment
- Cell, mobile or technical support knowledge (Advantageous)
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Amazing listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer care with courteous attitude
- Results orientated with solution driven mentality
- Ability to do night work and work shifts in a 24/7 environment
- Clear credit, criminal and disciplinary records
