Kantar’s Worldpanel division is searching for a passionate and dynamic Panel Management Executive. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, this is truly an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future
- Role’s mission
- Kantar panelists are individuals recruited from diverse demographics who participate in market research panels organized by Kantar. These panels consist of a group of selected individuals who agree to share their opinions, preferences, and behaviors on specific topics, products, or services through diverse data collection methods. Being a panelist often involves voluntarily joining the panel and occasionally participating in surveys or studies. In return, panelists may receive incentives or rewards, such as gift cards or discounts, as a token of appreciation for their time and input.
- The information they share is then analyzed by our Kantar teams to generate insights and help businesses, marketers, and other stakeholders understand consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends, enabling them to make informed business decisions.
- By joining us as a Panel Management Executive you’ll be helping our local teams at recruiting and onboarding new panelists, as well as keeping them engaged and committed by securing their regular incentives, managing their queries and encouraging them to be as active and engaged with our processes as possible.

- Key outcomes
- Validate and onboard new panelists.
- Manage panelist replacements for dropouts.
- Regularly engage with panelists through phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Promptly respond to panelist queries and conduct courtesy calls.
- Monitor and address low engagement levels, ensuring active participation.
- Ensure timely incentive delivery as per recruitment agreements.
- Track and communicate concerns about panelist participation.
- Gather and convey panelist feedback to the Project Manager.
- Daily communication with the Project Manager.
- Build rapport with panelists for increased engagement.
- Utilize Global Panel Management (GPM) tool for tracking and updates.
- Key Capabilities
- Your background will ideally look like this
- Previous relevant experience with CATi / Helpdesk Team and Fieldwork will be preferred.
- Previous professional experience in customer service and prospecting will be appreciated.
- Ability to speak a vernacular language will be valued.

- Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.
