- Proven experience as a Digital Content Producer, Video Editor, or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content categorization, and structure, specifically for YouTube and other social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand's message and business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Professional Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content production, video creation, and graphic design, ideally within a marketing or advertising environment. Demonstrable experience with SEO strategies and social media marketing is essential.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or similar.
- Advanced skills in graphic design and familiarity with design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with YouTube content creation and optimization, including understanding of YouTube SEO best practices.
- Ability to create and animate a distinctive brand character using software such as Adobe Animate, Blender, or Toon Boom.
- **SEO and Analytics**:

- Strong grasp of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices for video content and ability to utilize YouTube Analytics and other measurement tools to gauge content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable, engaging, and visually appealing manner.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: Creative thinker with the ability to conceive and execute compelling content ideas that appeal to target audiences and align with marketing strategies.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with a track record of positive contributions to team efforts.
