Our client in Brackenfell is looking for a Payroll Administrator.
**Requirements**:
Matric with relevant qualifications
2-4 years working experience as a Payroll Administrator
Experience on Simplepay
HR experience will be to advantage
Experience in the security industry would be to your advantage
Basic knowledge is required for the PSiRA regulations would be to your advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the opening, maintenance of all employee files
- Different divisions
- Filing of relevant information of each employee
- Filing of monthly draft payslips
- Archive old employee files
- Upkeep and maintenance of the employee file cabinets.
- Entering of data to SimplePay
- Calculation of monthly payslips of employees
- Appointment checks / paperwork
- All 3rd party reconciliations and maintenance of accounts
