Membership Manager

**Job Purpose**:
The Membership Manager will ensure the acquisition of new members for the Facility - through the effective management of specific monthly sales targets by membership consultants - and the maintenance of service excellence and relationship building with current as well as potential members.
**Minimum Qualifications / Experience**:
- Matric or equivalent working experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a commission based, sales environment
**Required Skills**:
- PC Literacy: Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact on all levels
- Exceptional sales skills

**Key Performance Areas**:
**(1) Memberships Sales**
- Ensure sufficient technical knowledge and skill to perform sales tasks
- Effectively keeping abreast of current development and trends
- Ensure the achievement of all monthly targets as presented at the monthly sales launch
- Responsible for ensuring the effective closure of all sales deals
**(2) Sales Administration**
- Ensure the accurate completion of membership agreements in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures
- Ensure all relevant documentation is attached to the agreement
- Effectively handle all sales related complaints / queries
- Effectively verify the banking of membership agreements
**(3) Lead Generation**
- Effectively promote the facility by word of mouth
- Actively seek referrals to ensure appointments with prospective members
- Create an effective client data-base for easy reference on service calls / gaining referrals
**(4) Communication and Customer Focus**
- At all times ensure effective communication with all relevant parties - by clearly conveying information and ideas, both verbally and in writing
- Operate with integrity and earn respect
- Effectively build customer relationships by making the customer and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty by taking the HEAT
- Build positive working relationships by helping accomplish work outcomes and facilitating agreement
**(5) Decision Making and Innovative Energy**
- Ensure effective decision making in routine as well as complex situations
- On an ongoing basis project a positive attitude and energy
- Continuously creating innovative solutions to work Situations
Pay: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
