5 - 7 years 5* / 4* Lodge or Hotel management experience required.

Passion for Wildlife and Game Reserve living

Wildlife knowledge

3 years Hospitality qualification Diploma or Degree
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent Guest Relation experienceManaging, Overseeing, Disciplining, Training and Development of Staff Min 5 yrs experience in a Big 5 reserve/lodge management roles

**5 - 7 yrs experience in a the 4 or 5-Star Hospitality industry with stable and solid track record.**

Professional, well spoken and presentable with sober habits and a hands on approach.

Maintain the correct allocations of expenditures.

Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodge **.**

**Budget control and ensuring budgets are maintained**.

Stock control and stock takes **.**

Wage costs and staff welfare

**Manage the housekeeping and front office departments in conjunction with your HOD ** Ensure the lodge maintains the required standards aesthetically

**F&B function to ensure costs are maintained as per the required standard**

Salary highly negotiable - Market related - including accommodation & company benefits
