**Role overview**: This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced team leader who thinks outside the box. Fetola courses are dynamic, interactive, needs-based and deliberately **outside** the SETA-accreditation process. You will be expected to think differently, deliver in agile format, and bring high level of innovative problem solving. You will be responsible for managing a team of Fetola method facilitators, designers and admin staff and lead the content creation of new, digitally delivered entrepreneurship skills solutions.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of Fetola facilitators and admin staff to ensure efficient delivery of multiple concurrent programs
- Manage the design of applied small business training for online, e-learning, mobile and in-person delivery
- Continually review and update and freshen the current training content
- Manage training portfolio objectives and resource requirements ensuring budget optimization
- Maintain up to date quality and performance dashboards and reporting
- Maintain our current SME satisfaction levels of 95% or above
**Job Requirements and experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Small Business Development, Learning and Development, Skills development, Entrepreneurship, Economics or related
- 10 + years’ working experience in a similar role with a focus in enterprise and supplier development / small business/ entrepreneur training
- Confident with adoption of future technology including online, mobile and blended learning
- Confident with managing online platforms - webinars and zoom meetings
- Experienced in budget and resource management, budget development and business planning capabilities
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience with adult learning, interactive facilitation, content development and instructional design
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams including external suppliers
- Report writing skills
- Experienced with client relationship management

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
