Junior Digital Account Manager -Pretoria

A Junior Digital Account Manager position is available in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a digital, advertising or marketing agency.

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Junior Digital Account Manager**:

- This role also handles the day-to-day operations of agency projects, including campaign research, account management, client service, briefing, and team co-ordination and job execution.
- Staying abreast of digital industry trends & developments.
- Accountability for the successful planning, implementation, delivery of campaigns/briefs/projects & reporting with the team according to required timelines.
- An understanding of digital analytics packages.
- Compile and share weekly updates on numbers and account activity.
- Manage client communication timeously and provide day to day support to allocated accounts.
- Ensure all client KPIs are met and monitor this on an ongoing basis.
- Ability to turn around work to tight deadlines.

**Qualifications & Certifications**:

- Social Media; Digital Marketing or SEO qualification.
