**MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION**

To reduce the amount of containers packed by optimizing the loading process of pallets, to make sure what is loaded is in the container for reduced ASN and training of service providers on SAP/Syncro system

**Duties**
- Co-ordination of packaging transportation (SAF-Marine MSC BPL)
- Expediting of shipments (SAF-Marine MSC BPL)
- Process unknown packaging
- Communication with Suppliers, ESP's, Business Units
- Adoc Pallet Stock Take
- Updating Pallet DATA and Creation Of New Pallets For RP ( i.e MM01 MM02 POP2 RL01)
- Communication with MBSA: IT, Material Supply, Packaging
- Monitor Container Optimisation and Utilization
- Training all sap users on RP system (Insync, Anax and Idz)
- Training all Syncro supply users (Insync, Anax and Idz)
- ASN deviation (Overhead are correct, System Access and SAP, FP verification, SPL's For Operators and Training)
- Monitor pallet bookings vs exports and report deviation
- Inbound ASN Failed to upload due to pallet not create correctly on System, to be corrected
- Creating of new pallets on SAP and also building the LU structure on master data on SAP
- Help IT to resolve SAP errors when required during testing phase
- Liase with Contract management MBSA when actions are created due to Human error loading pallets to incorrect suppliers
- attend meetings with all departments
- Understanding of all operation requirements (Vans Carwash & fuel HOP Paintshop Returnables CV and Paitaid Afa )
- 24/7 call due to shift Patterns at MBSA

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three (3) years of related warehouse experience within the areas of material handling, shipping and receiving, distribution, and/or operations.
- Dangerous Goods Shipping certified
- Forklift experience required
- Good understanding of basic/fundamental warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
- Experience in SAP system is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently.
- Ability to perform within a changing workload and/or priorities and meet order schedules with quality results.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills are preferred (i.e.: Microsoft Office products).
