We are looking for independent, motivated & target driven **Sales Agents **within our Call Centre, who are ready to take their career to the next level.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Product knowledge and continuous training will be provided.

**Minimum Job requirements**:
iDocs and Laminin Automation experience

Office 365 and Microsoft Teams

Matric

2 Years outbound Sales Agent experience (experience in a Debt Review - Debt Mediation / Debt Removal sales’ role will be highly advantageous)

Passion towards digital communication a must

Must be bilingual, good understanding of the English language as well as other languages (Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, Venda etc) would be advantageous

The ability to read and write in 2 South African Languages

Ability to use intuition and analytical skills to get the best outcome for our clients

Strong Sales Ability / Ability to influence

Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Vibrant & energetic personality

Hardworking & Self motivated

Consistent

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and positive working relationships.

Ability to work on own initiative.

Ability to achieve sales targets

Fully Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)

Basic Salary: R4,300.00 - R6,000.00 per month (Dependent on Experience and sales background) + commission earning potential

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lansdowne, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
