**Guarding Inspectors Required / A Grade**

**Positions vacant in Capetown, Metro Areas**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- PSIRA, Grade A.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years driving experience.
- Previous experience as an Inspector with the Guarding sector.
- Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- SA citizen.

**Duties**:

- General site visits.
- Inspection of Officers - uniforms, personal appearance etc.
- Validate compliance on site with local SOPs.
- Dispensing alcohol/drug tests when required.
- General administrative duties.
- Client liaison.

**Advantageous Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of disciplinary processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of security officers, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying instructions, writing reports, and interacting with clients, employees, and law enforcement.
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure, especially during emergencies or security breaches.
- Skill in resolving conflicts or disputes peacefully and professionally, whether among team members or between security personnel and others on-site.
- Capability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining security standards, effectively addressing concerns and inquiries from clients.
- Ability to train and mentor security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle their duties and respond appropriately to various situations.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all security-related activities.

Pay: R7 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
