- Relevant National Diploma in HR
Minimum Related Experience:

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support and enable the HR strategy and interim HR plan by rebuilding relationships with the Guardians, driving pride, passion, sense of belonging and connectedness to the business, whilst developing agility and resilience to cope with ongoing unambiguity, instability, and change.
- To provide a comprehensive service on all the core Organisational Effectiveness (OE) processes which will enable the OE CoE to achieve its mandate.
- Executing Organisational Effectiveness activities to improve departmental performance
- Provide accurate information to enable quality and timeous execution of portfolio / programmes.

**Salary**: From R17,243.00 per month
