Sable International vacancy: Forex Broker

Are you energetic, ambitious, and looking to develop your career? Our Cape Town Global Forex department is looking to add a Forex Broker to their team. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment where we achieve our business objectives and have fun doing it.

**You are perfect for this position if you**:

- Have a finance-related degree/diploma, or relevant experience in foreign currency markets
- Are an energised and newly qualified commercial graduate who is keen to gain experience in foreign exchange markets and exposure to the fast-changing international money remittance space
- Are a team player and can demonstrate commercial awareness
- Have an excellent command of the English language and the ability to engage professionally with international clients
- Have good organisational skills and work well in a high-pressure environment
- Are analytical with good attention to detail
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the ability to work unsupervised as part of a highly energised team
- Are target-driven and proactively respond to new enquiries to grow our business
- Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Have good processing and administrative skills

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with foreign exchange and international payment enquiries
- Following up and responding to new business enquiries
- Liaising with Sable International’s affiliated banks to facilitate daily trades
- Provide ‘above expectation’ level of customer service
- Work closely with other departments to ensure operational procedures run smoothly
