**Descriptions**:

- Technical support primarily DF products, but scope of work will also include support on the entire basket of products available from the company
- Development of Auto Cad drawings & design
- Assist in the undertaking of technical projects & Beta Sites as and when needed
- Direct report to DF Technical Manager, with secondary report to DF Product Manager where needed
- Assist with Assembly.
- Automation irrigation dosing units
- Controllers in cabinets with protection devices
- Radio units
- Testing software + hardware (beta sites)
- Wiring of cabinets and panels
- Troubleshoot
- Controller hardware
- Controller software
- Telephonic support to dealers and end users
- On-Site support to dealers and end users - South Africa & SADC Countries
- Training on DF Products
- Training of dealers and end users on correct usage of the company automation equipment
- Filter Bank
- Where required assist with the servicing of filter banks and back flush controllers

**Qualifications**:

- National Diploma/BTech/Degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics
- Drivers Licence
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience

Preferred skills/fields of knowledge:

- ELV electrical systems
- VSD / PLC
- Computer hardware systems
