**Operations Manager Position in Nottingham Road**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong and effective leadership, managing all aspects of business operations to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate closely with various department heads to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of service and product offerings.
- Oversee inventory management and stock control, optimizing resources and minimizing losses.
- Foster a hands-on approach, actively engaging with customers face-to-face to ensure their satisfaction.
- Work adeptly under pressure, swiftly resolving challenges and ensuring seamless business operations.
- Interact and liaise with senior managers of individual business units, fostering effective coordination and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry, with a focus on business operations management.
- Proven track record in managerial positions related to business operations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
- Strong customer service background with a relentless pursuit of excellence in guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership skills, empowering and motivating staff to achieve operational objectives.
- Highly organized with outstanding time management capabilities to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with customers and team members.
- A hands-on approach, actively involved in day-to-day business operations.
- Full-time, permanent availability, including weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- High School (matric) (required)
