We are looking for an experienced Electronic Security products Key Account Manager for a recognized company in the Mbombela (Nelspruit) area of Mpumalanga

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for achieving sales, revenues and profitability targets within the allocated client base and areas
- Responsible for identifying and developing new clients deemed as suitable for the company
- Provide regular feedback and reports as defined by relevant ISO procedures and by the responsible Branch Manager on activity within the specified client base and areas
- Participate in the presentation of potential solutions to clients and negotiate Service Level Agreements in line with company policies
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in the allocated client base or area to accommodate Company objectives, targets and budgets
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs, and recommend price schedules and discount rates
- Delivers sales presentations to clients and displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalogues, and emphasizes features and benefits
- Regularly meets with clients, assisting them with sales quotes, literature, technical support, marketing material and training
- Monitors and evaluates competition activities and products
- Ensures calendar / CRM system is updated with all client contact details and client activities within the branch
- Ensures effective use of sales tools provided by the Company - Marketing, product or business-related tools
- Forecasting of current and future potential business within the client base including product category by vendor in conjunction with the Branch Manager
- Schedule client visits in line with company and client requirements to ensure consistent contact and knowledge transfer through to closure of the sale
- Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone
- Provide effective delivery of training within the client base or area
- Assist where needed in the preparation of client quotations in line with company ISO procedures and relative Service Level Agreements
- Attend trade shows and product launches as scheduled by the company
- Assists with all Stock Takes
- Maintains ISO Compliancy
- Monitor debtors together with finance department and Sales Manager to ensure timely collection of outstanding monies in line with company policies and procedures
- Work with all company personnel responsible for the on-going quality service as required by the client
- Ensure ISO procedures with respect to pricing policy, discounts and SLA agreements are adhered to
- Attend meetings as stipulated or scheduled by the company
- Solves technical queries on products, by providing either telephonic support or onsite support
- Gives after hours support to clients, where necessary
- Assists fellow Sales Representatives with the support of their clients during illness, annual leave or general unavailability
- Assists the Branch Supervisor in the management of all slow moving, excess and redundant stock
- Assists the Branch Supervisor with monthly stock forecasting

**Requirements**:
**- Grade 12
- Three to five years’ experience in the security industry
- Sound knowledge of electronic security and related equipment is NON NEGOTIABLE
- Computer literate - MS Office, preferably with knowledge of Syspro or similar ERP software
- Current valid driver’s license
- Own reliable and fully insured vehicle
- Sales related qualification and/or training will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven Sales Track history
