Auditing company is looking for an Inhouse Legal Attorney in Lynnwood Pretoria to join their team

**Minimum requirements**:

- LLB degree
- Must be an Admitted Attorney
- 2 Years' experience in Company Law, Tax Law, Trust Law, Deceased Estates, and Legislative Compliance
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write and speak)
- Must have excellent writing skills
- Experience with the Master of the High Court is highly beneficial

**Duties**:

- General company secretarial-, estates-, trusts
- and corporate services functions
- Draft and review various legal documents, letters, contracts, minutes, etc.
- Draft legal memorandums/opinions of various legal topics in the commercial-, trusts-, deceased estates, and tax environment
- General estate planning
- General assistance with deceased estate administration and trust administration
