Our client is searching for a confident, organised, and energetic Reception & Aluminium Sales Assistant to be the face of their business. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy engaging with clients, and have solid administrative and sales experience — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and making client calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Creating and linking job cards on Sage
- Keeping incident records updated and organised
- Invoicing and quoting walk-in clients using Sage Evolution
- Collecting payments from clients and managing daily cash-ups
- Performing daily reconciliation and cashbook batch entries
- General administrative tasks using Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)
- Experience with Sage Evolution or Pastel is highly advantageous
- Previous experience in a reception or sales role is beneficial
