**Description**:
The Head of Solutions will lead a cross-functional team to develop solution offerings and associated sales strategies to meet client requirements and drive value across the eco-system.

Responsible for being a brand and product ambassador; driving industry and thought leadership in collaboration with the marketing team.

Need to be effective at integrating and aligning the sales strategy to gain support across both external and internal stakeholders.

Responsible for the Management and lead scoping on Solution Integration & Implementation activities across customers.

Identify and maintain working relationships with external partners required to improve or bring value to the solution stack

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the solution offering strategy and roadmap for the region
- Define and establish solution partnerships as per requirements and identification to fill solution offering strategy
- Support and guide the solution team on meeting objectives and executing on strategy
- Manage the commercial software solutions with the aim of optimizing operational efficiencies
- Engage business stakeholders in the requirements of solutions to meet the regional business area’s strategic goals
- Individual will be responsible for working with direct client engagements as well as working with business partners to structure deals and solutions that result in winning transactions

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Finance, or business-related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years solution
- Manager experience in implementation and support projects
- In-depth SYSPRO Product Knowledge
