Sales and Marketing in similar industry

Know and understand the Payments Industry

Understand Debit order operations(Facilities, Surety and Settlement)

Understand the Merchant management environment and Point-of-Sale software

Understand POS device operations (Activation, Repairs & Logistics)

Know and able to use communications channels (VOIP, WhatsApp, FreshDesk)

First point of contact with new Clients

Handling customer support

Areas of Responsibilities:
Meet sales quotas and goals

Execute a consultative sales environment:

- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support them
- Prospect for potential leads from networks, directories, web and digital resources
- Become fluent in demonstrating the devices and related software solutions
- Sourcing sales opportunities via cold calls/door-to-door
- Clearly explain the advantages and benefits of the device and offer solutions
- Process your daily workflow/calls/support/orders/quotes on the CRM platform
- Train merchants to use the device to take payments and sell VAS
- Regularly follow-up on merchants to ensure traction and sustained usage of the products
- Ensure client satisfaction

Escalate key market feedback

Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

**Requirements**:
Grade 12/or higher level of education

At least 5 years previous experience in sales, marketing and customer support

Proven high sales conversion track record

Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Social confidence to work in a team

Excellent presentation and negotiating skills

Computer, android and web skills

Clear criminal and Credit history
